The agency specializes in auto, home, life and business insurance, as well as worker's compensation and annuities.

Agency President James Bittel Jr. has over 34 years of insurance experience.  He is active in the Greenville community serving on the Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation Board, Board of Trustees of Greenville Savings Bank and the Board of Trustees at Thiel College.

Vice President Lawrence B. Franklin Jr., has over 26 years of experience as a licensed independent insurance Agent.  He is currently a School Director of Greenville Area School District, Treasurer of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, District Chairman of the Rotary Youth Exchange, President of the Academic Booster Club, Chairman of the Greenville Sanitory Authority and the Board of the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Also available to serve are Agent Stephen James Bittel, Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Sheila DeArment; Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative Betty Rutter; and Jean Rinella, who handles the accounting aspect of the agency.
